Aetna, Inc. – One of the largest national health care insurers. Aetna brings to the table high tech web based employer/employee tool designed to provide the best in practice in health care. Aetna also brings a strong nationwide provide network which is continuously updated, as well as stet of the art chronic and disease case management services. Aetna’s roll in JCA is to accept all member claims (in and out of network) price them accordingly to the network agreements and electronically forwarding them to BPA for processing and adjudication.
CVS/Caremark – is one of the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies, provides comprehensive prescription benefit management services to over 2,000 health plans, including corporations, managed care organizations, insurance companies, unions and government entities. With net revenue of approximately $ 37 billion in 2006 they are also one of the largest PBM’s.
They have a retail pharmacy network of over 60,000 participating pharmacies, as well as 11 mail service pharmacies. They have a 24 hour call center and recently merged with CVS which includes 6,200 stores across 38 states.

American Dental Network (A.D.N.) - One of the largest independent dental PPO’s in Michigan that offer access to over 3,000 of the best Providers in the state and many more other states. They were founded in 1995 and their goal is to help dental benefit plans offer their members the greatest number of qualified dental care providers in their area as well as substantial discounts on dental care.
Their discounts average 10% to 30% off normal charges, therefore enhancing the amount of benefits available from their plans.
Beltone – Beltone was established in 1940 in Chicago Ill. They are innovators in Hearing Care and Hearing Aids. They have over 1300 Nationwide locations.
